𝗜’𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘁.⁣
⁣
My journey to this post has been long. I’ve talked myself out of writing it more times that I can count. ⁣
⁣
The “woo woo” closet is a real thing. It’s just as dark and isolated, but seemingly safer inside—as any other closet someone has walked out of. ⁣
⁣
There has been a vulnerability and transparency I haven’t wanted to face in owning who I am and what I believe in on a public platform, and that’s for fear of being shamed or judged. ⁣
⁣
This past weekend I discovered the part of me that knows, in every sense, it’s far more painful to be inauthentic and be put in a self-inflicted cage than to be not liked.⁣
⁣
Never in my life have I fit into a box and I never plan to. I’m grateful to have an open mind that leads me to new ideas, people, and places. ⁣
⁣
If there’s one thing I’ve received from the last several months, it’s to question everything, listen and seek my own truth that’s not been harvested from media headlines or herd mentality. Discernment is my priority along with exercising my intuition. ⁣
⁣
So, when my intuition tells me to come out of the woo woo closet, I’m going to do it.⁣
⁣
I believe in aliens, conspiracies and the deep state. ⁣
I believe child s*x trafficking is the real pandemic. ⁣
I believe we are being manipulated by powers most can’t comprehend. ⁣
I believe COVID is a real thing...and it’s the biggest hoax the world has ever seen. ⁣
I believe systems in the USA are corrupt and complicit in keeping American people brainwashed and sick. ⁣
I believe organized religion is fu**ed and the world gets to heal from the damage it’s done to all consciousness, especially women’s. ⁣
I believe in the power of plant medicine, Mushrooms, Ayahuasca, Syrian rue, etc. ⁣
I believe spirituality is crucial right now.⁣
I believe in quantum realms.⁣
I believe thoughts/emotions create our reality. ⁣
I believe we can heal disease by healing past traumas, beliefs and programming. ⁣
⁣
This is all a fraction of what I’ve been afraid say. I’ll be unraveling it over time. ⁣
⁣
I love you. I love this planet. I love humans. For the collective to heal, we get to speak and embody our truth. ⁣
⁣
This is mine. 🙏🏼

𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗜 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴⁣
⁣
I’ve been quiet since our giveaway. I entered into a transformational space that allowed me to look into the shadows of myself and my ancestors. ⁣
⁣
Going into that sacred space and coming out the other end has been nothing short of transformational AND I know the moment I step back into the world is when I choose what aspects of the transformation stick with me by living, practicing, and allowing it. ⁣
⁣
As much as I’d like to say I don’t put up walls around my own growth, I’d be lying. ⁣
⁣
Through my journey, ALLOWING the growth has been half the battle. ⁣
⁣
Coming out of a magical, safe and supported space to then step back into riots, racism, radicalism, and rage feels unbearable. ⁣
⁣
I balled my eyes out to Erik before he left this morning because the thoughts that consumed my mind were:⁣
⁣
•Our human race is fu**ed ⁣
•Our planet is fu**ed⁣
•We are heartless reckless animals⁣
•There’s no hope for humanity ⁣
•Nobody listens⁣
•Blame is every personals middle name. ⁣
•There are clearly no solutions since history repeats itself over and a over again⁣
•I hate this world and I don’t want to live in a place like this anymore⁣
⁣
This sums up my first 30 minutes of being awake. ⁣
⁣
After choosing a mug that I knew would make me feel at least 1% better I felt called to start writing. ⁣
⁣
To share my broken heart with all of you because I know the people who are in my sphere are broken hearted too. That you have shared at least one of these thoughts.⁣
⁣
Maybe I feel 8% better now, but luckily it doesn’t take a full turn around to see those thoughts are only an expression that needs to be felt and not how I truly feel. ⁣
⁣
This is where my ALLOWING takes place. To be gentle with myself and my thoughts. Know that I too am human, and have a right to feel this way without having to own those feelings as my truth. ⁣
⁣
My truth is:⁣
•I deeply believe in gigantic wounds healing⁣
•Love & happiness⁣
•Faith⁣
•Sovereignty
•Compassion & listening⁣
•Co-creating a world I want to live in⁣
⁣
We are all being asked to stretch and allow growth NOW. Be mindful of the thoughts you choose as your truth.

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮.⁣
⁣
It’s no secret that there is a stigma around energy work. What is it? How does it work? Is it all bu****it? Is the person facilitating a phony or well intentioned? ⁣
⁣
These are valid questions. ⁣
⁣
That’s why it’s so important to work with someone who knows what’s up, practices what they preach and holds the energy in the most sacred integrity. ⁣
⁣
Someone who is able to get out of their own way to be a clear channel for your highest essential self to come through. ⁣
⁣
This is not a light undertaking and DOES come with great responsibility, cliché as that might sound. ⁣
⁣
Marissa has been given gifts to carry out in this lifetime and that’s exactly what she’s been cultivating for years. She’s put her spiritual path first. She’s practiced, gone through the thick of it, transformed herself through the process, all to be of more service in the most authentic and aligned way possible. ⁣
⁣
My life would look radically different without the imprint of Marissa, my twin sister.
(People get us mixed up on the regular and ask if we are twins, it’s a real thing.) ⁣
⁣
My own energetic gifts have exponentially grown since meeting and working with her. Great healing has taken place I never thought possible. (I’m not kidding, things I’ve been processing for all of my teens and 20’s) ⁣
⁣
She truly sets and holds sacred space for healing and transformation in the most beautiful, graceful way because she’s been there 100 times over, in many lifetimes. ⁣
⁣

For years, I have been mentally creating Co-Creative Space. I’ve doodles logos everywhere, talked with close friends and family, journaled endlessly about what it would and could look like. ⁣

Ya know, sometimes I’m in the flow of life where I feel tapped into my intuition and other times I wonder if I lost the ability to hear it. ⁣
⁣
On a deep level I know I will never lose my intuition. It’s not a fleeting thing. I AM intuition. ⁣
⁣
It’s apart of all of us and is always talking to us and this morning I was reminded of how available it is if I’m open. ⁣
⁣
How many times have you thought “𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘵...” but you do anyway because you then think “𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘴 𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘴, 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵.” Then two hours later you’re wondering where in the hell you put your keys and spend 25 minutes looking for them...I know I’m not the only one here. ⁣

This can happen in big or small ways! Have you ever had the nudge to hold off on pulling the trigger on something and you either immediately or months later find out you would have been screwed if you didn’t listened to whatever told you “𝘕𝘰, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸.”⁣
⁣
Point is, intuition guides us in our lives. The more we ground ourselves and are able to be more present to the subtle inner whispers, the more connected we are to 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲, 𝗴𝗼𝗱, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲. Whatever word you resonate with that has your highest good in mind 𝗔𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦.⁣

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄. 👽⁣
⁣
It’s been a long while since I have felt this much energy charging in so many different directions. It all can feel like it’s too much to take in or too much to bare at times. ⁣
⁣
There have been times in my life when I didn’t know up from down. I was so stuck in a cycle of thoughts that were replaying the same record over and over again. Those thoughts and beliefs did not get me to where I wanted to go in the slightest. At one point, they actually got me back on a plane straight to America from Australia. The last thing on earth I wanted...but that’s a story for another day. ⁣
⁣
This cycle of thoughts doesn’t only come from a worldwide pandemic, folks. There are years and experiences that shape the way we deal with information, trauma, and things that are out of our control. ⁣
⁣
That’s why it’s imperative we take the time to ground ourselves. Tune in with our needs. Listen to our body. Redirect harmful thoughts. Remember to take deep breaths when we feel like screaming at ourselves or someone else, or the T.V. ⁣
⁣
I have found grounding to be one of my greatest gifts but also a tool I have sharpened over the years through intentional practice. Am I always a pro at centering in the midst of an emotional breakdown? Nope! ⁣
⁣
That’s actually one of my biggest tools to let grounding take place. ACKNOWLEDGING how I feel in the moment, without judgement, and setting my intention of how I DO want to feel. ⁣
⁣
Now, that’s not something I have to do daily. Maybe I just need to go on a walk, or read a book, or write out things I genuinely feel grateful for...you get the picture. ⁣
⁣

It’s hard to wrap certain experiences, trainings, adventures, relationships etc...into a bundle of words that can truly convey and express what it/they mean to you. ⁣
⁣
How it made you feel. ⁣
⁣
What emotions rushed through your body.⁣
⁣
How your energy miraculously shifted.⁣
⁣
How much freedom you felt.⁣
⁣
The amount of knowingness or knowledge you gained⁣
⁣
The friends you made. ⁣
⁣
The sights, sunrises, open roads, or art you saw. ⁣
⁣
It’s endless what you could say to try and get across how special it was to you. ⁣
⁣
I feel that way about this last weekend. ⁣
⁣
I walked a portion of the Medicine Wheel, the South, with one of my best friends .z and a wonderful group of women. ⁣
⁣
This is a journey to the deeper aspects of myself wanting to be healed and also aspects wanting to be set free. Walking a spiritual path to an embodiment of energetic freedom and personal sovereignty. ⁣
⁣
I’ve gathered so many tools over the years and had/have wonderful teachers AND. These specific practices and mentor .shamanictwist came at the perfect time. ⁣
⁣
