Wow, what an event!!
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported the Salt Lake SHRM, Employment Law Symposium. Our most attended event yet with nearly 480 HR professionals the energy was electric. Parsons Bailey and Latimer knocked down out of the park with phenomenal speakers and can we take a moment to appreciate the strong presence of incredible female speakers!!! Just saying special shout out to Beca Mark ★ MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Mark Tolman for pulling off such a fabulous event, also Salt Lake, SHRM, volunteers, board members and sponsors! And most importantly all of you that showed up and supported our event. We continue to raise the bar each year and it’s because of this amazing community we couldn’t have done this without you!

I wanted to share the excitement from last week's Salt Lake SHRM Annual 401K - Employee Benefits Summit, it was truly a remarkable event!

Our summit featured phenomenal speakers, many of whom were from our very own board. Their insights and expertise contributed to the success of the event. Additionally, we were honored to have Tessa White as our keynote speaker.
Tessa's presentation was insightful and inspiring. Tessa's ability to maintain high spirits and continue delivering innovative content for our HR community is truly commendable.
As a community, we have the ability to move mountains, and the shared knowledge and experiences at the summit showcased the strength that comes from working together.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making the summit a success! Your participation and engagement are what make Salt Lake SHRM such a vibrant and supportive community.

I have been honored to be part of MWCN, Utah 100, and Emerging Elite for the past four years. It has truly been an incredible opportunity to engage with our vibrant business community here in Utah.

The interview process, in particular, has been a source of inspiration for me, providing valuable insights into the growth and success stories within our state.
One aspect that has personally delighted me is witnessing the increasing presence of FEMALE FOUNDERS. It's a positive sign of diversity and progress.
I appreciate the fostering an environment where diverse voices and success stories can thrive!

Last week I had the privilege of attending the mountain west Capital Network business form and had the opportunity to listen to the Keynote from Baltic born the story of these hard working sisters who built Baltic Born from the ground up into a multi million dollar operation, truly impressed me. I find a lot of inspiration in these locals success stories that continue to have positive impact in women in business. Congratulations Baltic Born!
