🌞🌈 Summer Summer Summertime! I am over the moon to announce I’ll be leading mountain flows up at this year! Our outdoor mountain top yoga sessions run from June 25-Oct 8, 9am-10am every Saturday behind The Inn.

🐝 Introducing our new name/brand, Kind Hive Kids Yoga! We are so excited for upcoming kiddos' yoga events, classes, pop-ups, school yoga, camps, and more!

Why the name change? During COVID when Erica moved all of her kids and adult yoga offerings online, it was a quick shift to do so and she used an old Instagram account she had“ThatSongbirdYogini” to market and share her kids' yoga offerings with you. It worked and now with a fresh new swarm of offerings, it’s time to upgrade!

Never in her wildest dreams did Erica imagine she’d reach kiddos and families not just nationally but globally with her virtual kids' yoga classes! Thank you to all of the families who “zoomed-in!” 🙏🏽

After much thought and creativity, gratitude, and brainstorming was born! Our new name captures the first value/ yogi promise Erica instills in all of her kiddos' yoga classes, to “Be Kind” by practicing kindness always. Kindness matters! Self-kindness, kindness towards each other, animals, and the environment.

The “Hive” part? Well, this is where we’re going… continuing to cultivate a community of kind little yogis, kind tween yogis and kind teen yogis through mindfulness, movements, song, art, storytelling and yoga!

Stay tuned for details for in person kid’s yoga happenings in Salt Lake City, UT at various locations!
