To the new friends and old friends - thought I’d share a lil bout my fav passion;

I started skiing when I we 2 and then switched to boarding around 12, then I found split boarding !!! It’s a combo of both ski up hill then snowboard down!

To me being on my board or on the snow in the mountains is EVERYTHING to me I try and go 4-5x a week it may be my most favorite passion and I’m sooo blessed I live a life where I get to do this as much as I do!

It’s my happy place my therapy it’s where I ground and every thing jus makes sense....

To me fitness / working out/ yoga is a way to stay strong so that I can optimally use my body for all the activity’s I love to do !!! All my workouts with you guys have been keeping me fit enough to do the sports I love - so thank you for pushing me !!
