Saturday morning was another full day of conference but I flew home after the first presentation, which was Effective Take Home Techniques by Rene Brent again. These are techniques which I’ll be sharing as take-homes with my clients. I love the way Rene speaks and one comment in particular stood out to me. She said, “Our subconscious is like a toddler and if we don’t listen to it when it speaks to us, it’ll eventually have a tantrum.” This is the importance of hypnotherapy and one of the reasons I got into it. What’s been programmed into our subconscious is affecting us whether we know it or not.

The Friday night activity gets its own post. Martin Castor Peterson is a member of our board and a master teacher as well as being a superior stage performer, for those who desire to be part of it. He does a fairly regular show in Las Vegas so he did a shorter version for the conference attendees. It was an absolutely amazing, jaw dropping demonstration of mentalism. If I didn’t know better, I’d think he can really read minds.
