PISCES FULL MOON
September 10 2022 5:59 AM EST at 17 degrees 41 minutes Pisces.
Uranus is pretty much Sextile the Full Moon. Neptune, Pisces ruler is not conjunct the full moon at 24 degrees Pisces retrograde but is definitely in the vicinity.
Mars is also in the vicinity of a mutable square to the Sun and Moon at 11 degrees Gemini.
The Virgo Sun’s ruler, Mercury, starts a retrograde cycle at 8 degrees Libra at the full Moon. As it stations, Mercury is opposing Jupiter in Aries. We can instinctually, and with a different kind of optimism, experience a different way of thinking, a new way to approach the tasks and adventures that are daily life. We can ask to proceed in a way that feels more natural for us.
Perhaps we have taken in a lot of outside information. We can take this time to sift through our own thoughts and ideas – weaving new ideas with treasured beliefs. We can release the info that doesn’t meet our internal truth detector test.
Mars is in Mercury-ruled Gemini until next year. It is an opportunity to make sure our actions – Mars – are in alignment with our personal truth. We can be aligned according to one’s own lights.
Certainly we are seeing the unmasking of those who don’t practice what they preach out in the world.
How can we bring our values, ideals, hopes and wishes into reality by living by our own thoughts and beliefs?
As the moon is full in Pisces and starts to wane toward a new Moon in Libra on 25 September, how can we move into an honest equilibrium and alignment. Can we calibrate our thoughts to our actions for our own good and the good of the whole. It could certainly be a big relief!
Mercury will dip back into Virgo and resume forward motion on 2 October so these next few weeks are a great time to get into step with ourselves unifying the mind, the thoughts, the beliefs, the actions, the self care, and the release of that which is simply not true for us. Phew! I like it. 🌻
We have the Pisces full Moon. Pisces, a mutable water sign ruled by Neptune, is the 12th and final sign of the zodiac.
As the 12th sign, it carries the wisdom and energy of all of the signs. We can experience a deeper understanding of the relationship our emotions have with our mental, spiritual and physical experience. Pay attention to what feelings are influencing the mind and body this weekend. More than ever, it is a good time to take epsom salt baths – even if it is a foot bath — as Pisces rules the feet. The purification and uptake of minerals is simple and helpful now. We have come almost through half the astrological year that starts with Aries.
We can review what we have felt, done and dreamed over the last six months.
With most planets in retrograde it is a good to for review, repair, release and many of the other “re” words. Tune into which ones work for you.
Pisces is our connection with spirit and we can say Virgo is how we go about our business on the Earth plane and our attitude toward that business.
How are we connected? Where are we wanting to take a break? Checking out can be a good thing. We may need to rest, recharge, regroup before we can even muster the energy to attend to daily life.
Pisces energy can key into love and compassion. With the opposition to Virgo we bring in healing.
It is a great time to give prayers or energetic offerings of purification and love to the Self first. We can imagine the full Pisces Moon shining on us in a lovely salt bath. Salt is a healer and purifier.
We can imagine that purifying bath being given to any persons, places and circumstances forward and backward in time and across all dimensions that come into our consciousness during this time of prayer or contemplation. Water is a conveyor of emotion. We can transmit our best and highest love and intentions to all people (that includes all living entities and those who have made their transition into the non physical), places and things at this time.
We can experience peace in this perfect temperature of water and we can allow good healing feelings to emanate out. The love is limitless. Those to whom we send this prayer can be numberless. Allow the self to be an ocean of space sitting in the pool of light that is the Pisces full Moon. If you can’t physically see the moon imagine it in the heart.
This exercise can be done any time of day and it can be done more than once over the coming days leading up to the equinox. This time of contemplation will bring us to a new experience of equilibrium, of balance and of clarity.
This will help us to prioritize in which areas we would like to focus our energies moving forward.
Dreams. True dreams. Heartfelt dreams. Real thoughts and beliefs. Personal revelation. Healing intentions. Useful actions. Release and respect for the emptied space to allow in the precious new.
Much love to all at this precious Pisces full Moon. Bathe in it. Swim in it. Release some dream bubbles and float.
Love, Lydia

I became a minister in part, to become a better astrologer…

CAPRICORN NEW MOON 2022
Happy New Moon. Happy New Year.
The first new Moon of the year is at 12 Capricorn on 2 January 2022 1:33 PM EST.
Capricorn is a great lead in to every new year as it rules time.
New Year energy signals a reset. It can signal a look at things we feel it’s time to do – or at least to consider.
Saturn-ruled Capricorn also rules the structure of things and events – our day, our menu, the layout of our home. The New Year energy lends itself to the consideration of the structure of our hours and days. It then may call us to focus on how we might build/rebuild certain areas of our life. At this New Moon Mercury and Saturn, are in Aquarius making way for some real eureka moments.
Jupiter, the optimistic expander, is at powerful 0 degrees of Pisces- asking us to attend to the dreams of our minds, our hearts, and our Spirits.
If you know what house Capricorn inhabits in your chart, that can add more insight to what areas come up for consideration every year around this time.
Venus is retrograde in Capricorn until January 29th. Venus is all about how we relate, care, value and love. Capricorn, among other things, is all about structure, time and rules. Retrograde cycles invites us to revisit, review, reflect, reconsider, reevaluate, etc, etc.
The New Year is a a time for intention setting. It is a time for releasing of the old and outmoded and allowing breathing space to invite the new.
It seems that the first weeks of the 2022 can be a time to look at our relationships of all kinds. We don’t have to go crazy jettisoning everything and going with the whole “New Year, New Me” thing. How about “New Year, New Toothbrush…” It’s achievable, and it is good self care. It can be rewarding to find places where we can do micro adjustments by keeping changes gentle and doable.
Back to our New Moon Capricorn, Venus retrograde. The first relationship is the relationship with the self. We can focus on how we value ourselves. We can think about what has been working in the last couple of years since our daily lives and routines have probably shifted quite a bit since 2020.
Which of the new habits whether they be by circumstance or by choice — have been beneficial and even enjoyable?
I know many people have found that having a built-in excuse to say no to social invitations has been a godsend.
What else makes us feel good, healthy, relaxed, motivated, inspired?
How about a New Year wish list? It’s a bit more fun and open-ended than a resolution.
What do you want to do, to try, to attract in 2022?
Pondering and writing these things down while dreaming end envisioning the coming days weeks and months can all be fun at this time.
Pulling some cards or doing a meditation to invite seen and unseen energetic helpers for the year can also be affirming at this time. Keep an eye out for which animals and plants catch your eye and look up their divine fm meaning on the Internet.
See if their companionship is welcome. A retrograde Venus cycle is a great time to develop the relationship with the higher self and with guardians, angels, guides and teachers.
Do what you like if you aren’t sure about what you love. It isn’t always recommended to fret about “Purpose” or “Meaning.”
How about going toward things, activities, and people that make us feel good.
How about we join with the thoughts and experiences in life that give us a lift, that bring interesting new energy, that smell, and feel and taste a bit different, a little bit inviting, exciting, inspiring and, hey, even hopeful?!?
Surely the last two years have affected our relationships of all kinds. We have seen what is valued, valuable. We have experienced shifts and changes.
It is okay to let some routines, habits, things, and relationships go with live and gratitude.
During a Venus retrograde cycle we feel the strength of our inner authority emboldening us to realign with who we are now, what we want now and how we want to live now. Life is about evolution, after all. We are in especially dynamic times just now.
Welcome, 2022.
Capricorn rules Time and we can align ourselves with our own inner clock to know when to ponder, when to rest, when to initiate, when to complete, when to start anew. 💗
I wish you all much happiness, good health and a sense of alignment with your own timing in 2022.
Much love, Lydia

So Findhorn... 💗💗💗

On this summer solstice day, we did main sanctuary releasing ritual and found this on the site...

Hello, God, it’s me, Lydia...
I did not write this but love it...
And I figure God won’t mind...
Me: Okay, God, here's the thing. I'm scared. I'm trying not to be, but I am.

God: I know. Want to talk about it?

Me: Do we need to? I mean, you already know.

God: Let's talk about it anyway... We've done this before.

God: *waiting patiently, unhurried, undistracted, never annoyed.

Me: Okay. So, I'm afraid I'll do everything I can to protect my family and it won't be enough. I'm afraid of someone I love dying. I'm afraid the world won't go back to what it was before. I'm afraid my life is always going to feel a little bit unsettled.

God: Anything else?

Me: EVERYTHING ELSE.

God: Remember how your daughter woke up in times past and came running down the hall to your bedroom?

Me: Yes.

God: You were still awake, so when you heard her running, you started calling out to her before she even got to you... remember? Do you remember what you called out to her?

Me: I said, "You're okay! You're okay! You're okay! I'm here."

God: Why did you call to her? Why didn't you just wait for her to get to your room?

Me: Because I wanted her to know that I was awake, and I heard her, and she didn't have to be afraid until she reached the end of the dark hallway.

God: Exactly. I hear you, my child. I hear your thoughts racing like feet down the dark hallway. There's an other side to all of this. I'm there already. I've seen the end of it. And I want you to know right here as you walk through it all, you're okay. I haven't gone to sleep, and I won't.

Me: *crying. Can we sit together awhile? Can we just sit here a minute before I go back to facing it all?

God: There's nothing I'd love more.

♥️🙏♥️
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS 💜

From today’s rally of faith leaders
“I would ask you to do one thing,” Rev. Golphin-Wilkerson said. “Ask your legislator, you governor, your lieutenant governor, your police chiefs to do one thing: pass a law that stops this kind of attack on human beings. Can they say in the state of Utah nobody else will have their air cut off from them in order to be arrested, no matter what they did? Can we do that one thing? If we do that one thing, we will save lives.”

When you meet someone
in deep grief
slip off your needs
and set them by the door.

Enter barefoot into
this darkened chapel
hollowed by loss
hallowed by sorrow
its gray stone walls
and floor.

You, congregation of one
are here to listen
not to sing.

Kneel in the back pew.

Make no sound,
let the candles speak.
