What an amazing Thanksgiving morning! 🦃 🥧
Thank you to everyone who came to join us (FULL HOUSE) for our annual 2 hour cycle ride 🚲 It is always so special to teach with my amazing mom (the only time we get to do it!) so thank you again for coming to the ride!!

Hope you have a happy, safe and fun Thanksgiving and see you at the gym again soon!!

Today is the day to reserve your spot for our annual Thanksgiving 🦃 cycle ride at Herriman Vasa! The class will be from 7-9am, but if you want to be there for the full 2 hours, please sign up for both 7am and 8am classes. If you want to do just one hour, that’s totally great too!

And yes, there will be door prizes!! We already have the following sponsors:




ALSO, will also be teaching a 6am Pump class on Thanksgiving as well, and so you can get strength 💪 and cycle 🚲 to start your Thanksgiving day right 🙌 (No need to sign up for this one in advance)

I want to say a huge thanks to everyone who helped out and reached out today about my mom. She went to the hospital and they checked everything, and there is nothing to worry about. The reason she was not well today was due to jet lag from her trip, getting sick from the trip, lack of sleep, and pushing too hard. She is home now and resting up. She will have subs for her classes tomorrow ❤️
