Hey 👋🏾 whirrrrrrled! Been busy 🤹🏾‍♀️ logistics for this lovely lady. We rode some gnarly waves together over the last two weeks. Her faith 🙏🏾 was solid. She’s got another few weeks of rehab then it’ll be time to nestle into a long term care option (aka plan O). 🐾 Keep a dynamic schedule. 🐾 Take looooots of naps. 🐾 Get things off your chest {find something fun to play with, toss it in the air, catch it & fake growl at it to show “that thing” who’s boss}. 🐾 Stretch every time you get up {reach ooouuut with your arms then baaaaack with your legs. 🐾 Don’t 💩where you eat. 🐾 Always shake things off. 🐾 It’s OK to drag your 🍑 sometimes {try not to let anyone see you do it. But if they do, sloooooow down even more… it renders them speechless}. 🐾 Fully embody your dreams specially the ones you can act out {we love running in our sleep}.🐾 Praise yourself and savor a treat or reward for EVERY task you accomplish and for jobs done well. 🐾 Make a big deal about going outdoors, smell eeeeverything, roll in the grass, run with a full gait. 🐾 Cuddle & spoon every. single. day.
