Mental Health Awareness Month | The Power of Connection

At Image Reborn Foundation, we know healing goes far beyond the physical. A breast cancer diagnosis can bring fear, anxiety, isolation, and emotional exhaustion , and no one should have to carry that alone.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminded how powerful connection can be. Through our retreats and wellness programs, women find a safe space to share their stories, build friendships, laugh, cry, and truly feel understood by others walking a similar path.

Sometimes the greatest healing begins with simply knowing: you are not alone.

We have 3 spots remaining for our Active Renewal Retreat happening June 5–7 in beautiful Huntsville, Utah. We would love to fill them with women ready to reconnect, recharge, and spend time surrounded by nature. ✨

We’re proud to recognize the beautiful work unfolding in Florida.

A few weeks ago, two kindhearted and dedicated retreat alumni led a special group of seven at Melbourne Beach. With gentle, collaborative guidance, they created a space where each guest felt safe to cry, laugh, and share deeply...often in ways they never had before.

The ability to truly listen and to be witnessed was something this group embraced fully, creating powerful moments of connection and healing.

We are so grateful for those who show up willing to connect in all their imperfect, human ways.

Here’s to many more retreats, and to continuing to build a strong, supportive community in Florida.

With so many incredible retreats happening, we’ve gotten a little behind, but we couldn’t let these go unrecognized.

Our Texas team had a fruitful spring, with retreats in La Grange (March) and Livingston (April) that were nothing short of exceptional. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again...there is BIG love in Texas!

We’re so grateful for our growing Texas team of facilitators, along with their strong network of healing providers and generous supporters.

We’re also looking ahead with excitement as we prepare to serve our first Stage IV group this November.

Until then, we send all our alumni peace, love, and healing.
