🟣 Falls Prevention Tips for Seniors

✅ Stay Active – Gentle exercises like walking, chair yoga, or tai chi improve strength and balance.
✅ Check Your Vision – Regular eye exams help you see hazards clearly.
✅ Wear Proper Footwear – Non-slip shoes provide better stability than slippers or socks.
✅ Clear the Path – Keep walkways clutter-free and well-lit.
✅ Use Assistive Devices – Don’t hesitate to use walkers, canes, or grab bars for extra safety.
✅ Take Your Time – Move slowly when standing up or changing directions.
