No insurance hoops to jump through here!

We get straight to it! With our private pay model, scheduling can happen fast with just a PT referral faxed from your child’s doctor directly to PEARL FAX 855-955-3924.

Once referral fax is received, we can schedule your baby / child for their evaluation. After clinical assessment, ongoing treatments are recommended.
