A question that often comes up is whether there’s anything someone needs to do to prepare for a QHHT® session.
The most important thing is simply coming with an open and curious mindset. Many people like to spend a little time beforehand reflecting on questions they may want to explore or areas of life they would like insight about.
Getting a good night’s rest, staying hydrated, and allowing yourself to arrive relaxed can also help support the experience.
Each session is unique, and the goal is simply to create a calm, comfortable space for personal exploration.
