One thing I like people to know is that there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to experience a QHHT® session.
Some people have very vivid experiences, while others notice more subtle impressions, thoughts, or feelings. Both are completely valid.
The process is not about performing or trying to make something happen — it’s about allowing whatever naturally comes up in a relaxed, comfortable state.
Each session is unique to the individual.
