I don't profess to be a culinary dietitian, but I do like breakfast! Tried Sheet Pan Pancakes today. Didn't have oat flour available, but I used my trusty Vitamix dry goblet to grind up some rolled oats. Added extra ground flaxseed for fiber and lignans, and voilà!
