Can we talk about our chicken adobo bowl?

Traditional Filipino chicken adobo is chicken slowly cooked in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, onion, and bay leaves. It is then served with jasmine rice. 🤤

We prepare it the same way, however, we ditch the soy sauce and use a much healthier version called liquid aminos (which still has the same great flavor). We also serve ours over a bed of brown rice noodles because not only is brown rice a whole grain, it has more vitamins and nutrients than white rice! 🫶🏾
