Meet Our Staff:
Ruben Rosas, Tammy Compton, Janette Aguilar-Nino and Christopher Tharpe are our amazing RN's who provide weekly nursing visits and more if needed. Sandra Garcia and Ronda Williams, are our phenomenal aides and are usually the patient's favorite part of the team. Their care and attention to detail keep patients feeling their best while maintaining the utmost dignity of the patient. John Salazar, Abigail Sadler, and Elida Luna are our Community Liaisons, and are outstanding at explaining how hospice can work for you and your family. Their gentle approach and calm demeanor allow families to consider their options in a relaxed environment. Cesilia Gamboa is our Executive Director. She keeps our operations running smoothly and provides consultations to families as needed. She is the central heart of our entire company and we are blessed to have her expertise and commitment. Our Medical Director Dr. Stephanie Sun has over 10 years of hospice experience and manages symptoms such as pain, shortness of breath, nausea and anxiety. She will come to your home or facility as needed for uncontrollable symptoms. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine and then a Fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Abigail spent the day with our seniors making St. Patrick’s Day parfaits… and let’s just say there were more sprinkles than rules! 😄🍨

Between the whipped cream, candy, and a little taste-testing along the way, our residents made sure every parfait was extra lucky and extra sweet. 🍀

Safe to say the kitchen may be a little messy, but the smiles were 100% worth it! 💚

At Concho Hearts Hospice, we believe every day should bring a little joy. This week has been full of fun and laughter with our amazing seniors!

One day we’re sharing slices and smiles at a pizza party, the next day it’s nail day with a little pampering, and then we’re bringing out the creativity with arts and crafts.

Keeping our seniors engaged, happy, and surrounded by love is what we do best. These moments may seem small, but they mean the world to the people we serve. ❤️

We wanted to show a little appreciation for the amazing staff who take such wonderful care of their residents every day. The only thing better than the pancakes this morning was the laughter and great company!

Today we had an absolute blast with our seniors because who knew nail painting and volleyball could get so competitive AND glamorous at the same time?!

Let’s just say…
✔️ Nails were polished 💅
✔️ Volleyballs were flying 🏐
✔️ And our seniors proved (once again) that they’re the real MVPs of fun 🤣

We laughed, we played, we cheered — and most importantly, we spread so much love and joy. Our hearts are full! 💛

This morning our Concho Hearts Hospice team had the sweetest time serving a pancake breakfast for the amazing staff and patients at Serenity Oaks.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do coming together, sharing a meal, and spreading a little extra love and comfort in our community. 💛🥞
