We had such a wonderful time at Gemstone ALF and SE Nursing being part of their amazing Fall Festivals! From candy and popcorn giveaways to the petting zoo and so many fun fall activities it was such a joy spending time with everyone. 🧡

We love being out in our community, sharing smiles, laughter, and memories with the residents and staff who make it all so special. Thank you for letting Concho Hearts Hospice be part of the celebration! 🌻
