What are you choosing to release… and what are you choosing to nurture today?

Today, I’m choosing to pause, breathe, & give thanks.
For waking up. For strength I didn’t know I had.
For grace that carried me through this week.

Affirmation:
I show up for myself with kindness and intention.
I move at my own pace, trusting Almighty's timing.
I choose peace over pressure, faith over fear.

I’m so excited for our first-ever holiday livestream series with some of your favorite GAINS FIT presenters! 💜💜💜

We believe everyone deserves the chance to experience the energy, community, and transformation of a GAINS FIT Retreat. But we know that sometimes, financial barriers can stand in the way. That’s why we’re launching GAINS-ship: a special fundraising initiative to help someone in our fitness family attend the GAINS FIT Retreat in Virginia Beach or Las Vegas, even if they don’t have the means to get there. 💜✨

How it works:
💫 Any donation amount gives you full access to each livestream.
💫 All donations go directly to the GAINSSHIP fund.
💫 After donating, connect with your local presenter to get the Band link and join in.

Try a variety of GAINS FIT formats from home, live or on your own time!
Classes begin tomorrow, so jump in, support, and experience the magic of GAINS FIT from wherever you are.
