My Online client Matt is on week 10 of his 12 Week Program and is KILLING IT!! 🙌🏽🔥💪🏽
So far he has chiseled away almost 6” in his waist, and down 19lbs!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 We identified barriers and obstacles that were preventing him from reaching his goal, set realistic goals, and together created a plan that worked for him. He is prioritizing his nutrition, being consistent with his workouts, drinking more water, and getting more sleep.
