At Orchid, our mission is to empower men and women to take control of their fertility. Our story began when we, Allison and Brandon Harding, decided that we were ready to have a baby of our own. We were immediately thrown into the complex world of fertility, and as two chemical engineers, we knew there had to be a better way. We got to work and developed a range of easy-to-use and accurate at-home fertility kits. To help promote fertility education as a part of , we wrote an article about our eye-opening experience with medications while trying to conceive . Before trying to get pregnant, I wondered how the medications I was taking might impact my future baby.

In the US, about 2/3 of women have been prescribed some type of medication within the past 12 months. With so many women taking medications, I thought it would be worthwhile to talk about their potential impact on an unborn child.

What is your experience with taking medications while TTC? Is there anything you could share to help guide our community?
