But it’s also the unspoken mantra of mothers who lead companies and households.

She’s running Zoom calls with precision—
while juggling toddlers, dirty dishes, broken systems, and invisible expectations.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲?
It doesn’t fly.
It carries—
💼 The weight of her team
🧺 The load of her laundry
🧠 The pressure to always be “on”
🧽 And the emotional residue no one talks about.

She’s the executive strategist and the school pickup driver.
The closer and the chef.
The one who stays late for both work and bedtime stories.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘀—
𝗦𝗵𝗲’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴.

But let’s be honest:
“Still going” is not the goal.

It’s time we stop praising burnout masked as strength…
…and start designing systems that support her ambition and her wellbeing.

Because being 𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 doesn’t mean doing everything alone.
It means designing a life that moves forward without burning out.
