Tai chi is a gentle practice of Chinese origin that combines slow movements, deep breathing, and focus.

What is it for?
• 🧘‍♀️ Improves balance and coordination
• 💪 Gently strengthens muscles
• ❤️ Reduces stress and anxiety
• 🧠 Supports concentration and memory
• 👵 Ideal for older adults, as it is low impact
