Meet the Artist: Caitlin Jones Reeves 🎨✨

​Counselor by trade, artist by heart, and a human navigating the beautiful complexity of being neurospicy.

​Through Maitri Moments Art, I’m on a mission to bridge the gap between creative expression and mental health. My work is deeply rooted in my background as a Licensed Professional Counselor and my Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy, but it’s also fueled by my own lived experience with trauma.
​For me, art isn't just a hobby; it’s a "conversation with the canvas" that allows for presence and healing. I believe that when we feel safe—whether in a counseling session or in front of a piece of art—we finally have the space to take risks, ask questions, and grow.

​I’m here to help break the stigma surrounding mental health by showing that our struggles and our unique brain wiring can be the very things that make our creativity so powerful. Join me in this journey of making the invisible visible, one brushstroke at a time.
