If you want to get healthier, adding cruciferous vegetables to your diet is a great way to do that!
Cruciferous vegetables are typically high in fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, folate, and phytonutrients that may help fight cancer and inflammation.
Because of their high fiber content, they can help keep you full, regulate your blood sugar, and improve your digestion.
Try adding in 1-2 servings of broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kohlrabi, or turnips into your diet every day to get the benefits!
