Yesterday I spent an amazing 5 hours at Gil Hedley's Nerve Tour. (Thank you Tabitha Garcia-Rogers for making me aware this existed). We watched as he shared what he learned after months of dissecting a few lovely humans who were lovingly donated for this purpose. The presentation left me completely in awe and keenly aware of the beautifully complex beings we are but not only that, also our connection to the world around us as well through similar patterns, shapes, and such.

In case you've missed my other postings... This is my 20th year in business and to celebrate I've started a monthly drawing. Sometimes stories are just too good not to share. A few weeks ago I had a Craniosacral session with a baby who when days old was safely in his car seat when his parents' car was hit from behind by a Semi truck! After the accident he was unable to nurse comfortably on one side and couldn't lay comfortably on his back. He let me work on him for an entire hour and at the end had full spinal flexibility and freedom of movement but could also finally rest on his back. Here's a pic from after the accident where you can see redness from the seat belt which is exactly where I felt his spinal restriction. The second image is him from today, sleeping on his back.

This is an exciting year for my business... I've been in personal practice now for 20 years!!! To say a big thank you to all of you who have followed me through my 3 moves, referred me to your friends and family, been a repeated and consistent presence in my life and put food on my table year after fantastic year but also to those who have just recently found me, I want to say THANK YOU! For every appointment you have with me, I will add your name to a jar and draw a free session every month. Since I'm a little behind, I drew January's winner this morning. (And also I might add, Donna has been with me since nearly day 1 and this isn't rigged, Ellie actually drew the ticket this morning.)
