Thank you so much to those who have joined me on my yoga journey! This page is transforming from yoga into so much more.

I am entering my second year of a masters degree in AyurVeda & Integrative Medicine, which is just a long term for Holistic Wellness! I will be seeing clients for health goals🌿, neurolinguistic programming 🧠, and of course yoga🧘🏻‍♀️, through my workplace wellness company, Equinox Wellness.

I am stoked to be gaining more traction and education in this profession, as I will get to delve further into mind-body wellness with a practice geared to help all of my clients in a holistic fashion. Stay tuned for more in the coming months! 😊

Hi Friends 👋

I am excited to announce that I’m switching gears in my yoga business to focus more on corporate wellness initiatives. Since becoming an instructor, I have taught private friend groups, companies, in studio, gentle yoga for seniors and fitness in the park yoga with the City of SA Parks and Recreation department. I am excited to get to niche down and bring yoga to those who need it most!

Workplace wellness is on the rise and if you happen to know of an organization that could benefit from having a yoga in the workplace program, please reach out to me.
