Sweet summer lemonade!

The sun’s heating up, don’t get caught feeling sluggish because you’re dehydrated and electrolyte deficient while you’re out and about this summer.

This new flavor is in office NOW! Message me if you want me to hold you a box, pick one up at your next appt. Or ask me if you can have a sample stick to try!

When you’re ready for that lovin’ again but breastfeeding has your va**na feeling dry; a great lubrication is in order for your comfort.

Did you know that women have lower estrogen levels while breastfeeding (until your period starts) because you’re not cycling your hormones, and estrogen is what helps our va**na produce lubrication and that thick plump juiciness for lovin’ fun. If you’re dry, you’re not going to enjoy s e x very much. It may be months until you’re ready (and that’s normal and ok!); but when you are, I always recommend to have a good lubricant on hand.

This is one a many great brands, and we just got lots of samples in! Don’t be shy; ask for samples at your appt or see if you can pop by on an office day for a quick sample pick up 🙃

The last baby of 2024 decided to wait for a whole other year. Sweet little one was due on Christmas and waited until January 4th to come earthside.

Mama let me know around 8am that she began cramping around 2am and had had bloody show. Around 10am I got another message that said I needed to head over! I arrived around 10:40am to mama contracting every 2.5 minutes and listening to hypnobirthing tracks. As peaceful as she was I could tell now was the time to get the birth tub filled. Mama was able to get into the birth tub at 10:58am and shortly after began to bear down. Daddy was happy to help catch his little one and once the body began to emerge I told him to reach down and catch his baby.

Big sister and brother were present and I absolutely love that they were able to see their strong mama birth her little one; leaving a lasting impression that birth doesn’t have to be scary. It can be so empowering and normal! I love when big siblings get to help in care. (Don’t feel bad if it’s not YOUR thing. Not all families have big siblings present and that’s ok too!)

Was this sweet baby a boy or a girl? The answer is in the photos 🥰🤗

This little guy was in no rush to “Hasten” to his birthday, with his mama waiting 41 weeks to welcome him earthside. Mama started early labor on the eve of New Year’s and in 5.5 hours mama went from 4cm dilated to holding a baby in her arms. His less than hasty entrance into the world (weeks gestation, not labor hours 😉) did not make his mama rethink her choice in names, and they are all snuggled into bed this chilly morning.

Happy Birthday to the first baby of 2025, and Happy New Year!
