STORY TIME!

Fitness Coaching was my first love when it came to my business. I have had a deep passion for health and wellness ever since I was a young girl.

As a mom with young kids, it brings me so much joy working with women to help them feel strong and confident in their skin!

There is a lot of stuff out there that can make you feel like your body has to look a certain way and if it doesn’t, it can be interpreted that “I’m not healthy”. This is NOT true!

Your lifestyle choices are what define your health and wellness, not what you feel you look like in the mirror!

It’s important that part of your definition of success is that you made the time and did the thing! You did the workout, you made the healthy meal, you cut off work early to go to bed at a decent hour. Be proud of your lifestyle choices and cheers to you for getting it done!

WHERE DO I BEGIN ON MY HEALTH JOURNEY?!

If you feel overwhelmed on where to begin in your health journey, I get it!

There are SO many elements of our health to address that it can create this pressure to do it all ALL. All at once, overnight.

What happens then? We get frustrated because there are so many changes to keep up with and habits / behaviors to adjust too.

I’ve categorized my top 5 areas that I like to address with clients. Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Mental / Emotional, and Toxin Exposure.

We don’t do these all at once, but we pick an area to focus on and pick ONE habit at a time.

Give yourself the grace to take it slow, pick one thing to focus on, and begin!

One baby, one toddler, one business, one supportive family, and one very full season of life—but I’m still finding ways to take care of my health and finances. 💙💪💰

I know how easy it is to put yourself last when life feels non-stop. Whether you’re recovering from birth, chasing toddlers, building a business, or just trying to juggle it all, it can feel like there’s never enough time (or energy) to focus on your goals.

But here’s what I’ve learned: small, intentional choices lead to big results.

Right now, I’m keeping it simple—gentle movement to help me rebuild strength, easy check-ins on our budget so we stay on track, and grace for the days when ‘balance’ looks like a nap instead of a to-do list. Because taking care of yourself and your money shouldn’t feel overwhelming.
