Do you have kiddos that you are planning Christmas gifts for?

I’m sure you are thinking something different then the ones I suggest here 😂BUT preparing for your little ones future no matter there current age can be such a blessing both for them AND for you!

Saving for your kids future can do several things.

✨take the burden off of you to pay for large expenses all at once. Saving gives you the space to ramp up the amount so you are ready to go!

✨Gives you the opportunity to teach kids the hard work and discipline it takes to be financially prepared for things.

✨Gives you the opportunity to teach your kids how money can grow as you consistently contribute. Just like watering a plant. The more consistently you tend to it, the more it will flourish!

Have you currently been bombarded with Black Friday Deals and Holiday Shopping Marketing since the day after Halloween? I hear you! 🙌🏼

You are talking to a girl who loves the holidays and a good theme over here. I love nothing more than walking into my favorite stores and seeing all the cute things! Home Decor, Clothing, Kids Toys, etc.

It can be really hard to find gratitude in the season that promotes having more and that that “more” is going to make your holidays special.

I want you to enjoy your holiday season with the ability to “indulge” in things you’d like to do or get without compromising your financial wellness!

If you are working on debt elimination, budgeted planning/track, spending habits, building your savings or seeing your investments grow, you can STILL do that AND enjoy the holidays with some fun!✨

STORY TIME!

Fitness Coaching was my first love when it came to my business. I have had a deep passion for health and wellness ever since I was a young girl.

As a mom with young kids, it brings me so much joy working with women to help them feel strong and confident in their skin!

There is a lot of stuff out there that can make you feel like your body has to look a certain way and if it doesn’t, it can be interpreted that “I’m not healthy”. This is NOT true!

Your lifestyle choices are what define your health and wellness, not what you feel you look like in the mirror!

It’s important that part of your definition of success is that you made the time and did the thing! You did the workout, you made the healthy meal, you cut off work early to go to bed at a decent hour. Be proud of your lifestyle choices and cheers to you for getting it done!

WHERE DO I BEGIN ON MY HEALTH JOURNEY?!

If you feel overwhelmed on where to begin in your health journey, I get it!

There are SO many elements of our health to address that it can create this pressure to do it all ALL. All at once, overnight.

What happens then? We get frustrated because there are so many changes to keep up with and habits / behaviors to adjust too.

I’ve categorized my top 5 areas that I like to address with clients. Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Mental / Emotional, and Toxin Exposure.

We don’t do these all at once, but we pick an area to focus on and pick ONE habit at a time.

Give yourself the grace to take it slow, pick one thing to focus on, and begin!

STORY TIME!

I have gotten the amazing opportunity to work with hundreds of people since starting my business 5 years ago.

In 2020, I left my “secure” job (just after being promoted!) to start a business that felt aligned with what I was meant to do—help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health and finances.
