This is for the women that think external knowledge is more powerful than listen to their bodies teachings first🤌🏻
Most women are taught to control their body, not understand it…
When hunger goes up, they cut food. When the scale jumps, they panic. When motivation drops, they assume something is wrong with them. But the body is not random. It is constantly sending signals.
Energy shifts, hunger patterns, training recovery, mood fluctuations, cycle phases, sleep quality, digestion changes. Trust me, these are not inconveniences in a fitness journey. They are the most valuable information you could receive.
Before you jump on board with a trend that breaks you down or start a method that actually only makes a long lasting difference with changed habits and a full mindset shift, I invite you to acknowledge your body’s past and where it is now and everything it has been through but not been able to sustain.
The problem is that most women were never taught how to interpret the information. We were taught to override it.
We restrict when their body asks for nourishment. We want to add more cardio when their nervous system is already stressed. We restart plans or give up when their hormones naturally fluctuate with stress and life phase. We abandon structure when emotions rise.
Then they conclude our body is broken or not working like it used to. Before all the ups and downs of bad habit forming products and quick fixes…
What’s not working is our own decoding system. It’s underused. If you don’t use it…you lose it. It goes under the radar, but the body will always send the signs of misalignment.
Inside the Fit Femme framework, the body is treated as a communication system. The goal is not to fight it, dominate it, or silence it. The goal is to understand what it is saying and respond intelligently.
That changes everything for you.
