This is for the women that think external knowledge is more powerful than listen to their bodies teachings first🤌🏻

Most women are taught to control their body, not understand it…

When hunger goes up, they cut food. When the scale jumps, they panic. When motivation drops, they assume something is wrong with them. But the body is not random. It is constantly sending signals.

Energy shifts, hunger patterns, training recovery, mood fluctuations, cycle phases, sleep quality, digestion changes. Trust me, these are not inconveniences in a fitness journey. They are the most valuable information you could receive.

Before you jump on board with a trend that breaks you down or start a method that actually only makes a long lasting difference with changed habits and a full mindset shift, I invite you to acknowledge your body’s past and where it is now and everything it has been through but not been able to sustain.

The problem is that most women were never taught how to interpret the information. We were taught to override it.
We restrict when their body asks for nourishment. We want to add more cardio when their nervous system is already stressed. We restart plans or give up when their hormones naturally fluctuate with stress and life phase. We abandon structure when emotions rise.

Then they conclude our body is broken or not working like it used to. Before all the ups and downs of bad habit forming products and quick fixes…

What’s not working is our own decoding system. It’s underused. If you don’t use it…you lose it. It goes under the radar, but the body will always send the signs of misalignment.

Inside the Fit Femme framework, the body is treated as a communication system. The goal is not to fight it, dominate it, or silence it. The goal is to understand what it is saying and respond intelligently.

Woke up this morning feeling open, ready, and regulated!

But there are times where I do not and that is a prime space for me to let my emotions get the best of me.

Everything is hard, my goals randomly seem distant AF, and I want to throw everything down the drain that feels off so I can feel like I’m carrying less weight…

But the truth of the matter is…I just need to prioritize rest and give myself enough understanding and space to do so.

If I’m giving too much, I call my energy back.

And when you call your energy back, that means your body can metabolize cortisol optimally and relax.

When stress comes down even just a smidge, your body starts relaxing, chemicals straighten out (serotonin, melatonin, and cortisol).

Then you get caught up on sleep, clarity, and connection, and start to recognize yourself again 😉

I would hate for you to be struggling with weight loss just because you weren’t shown the correlation of elimination and hormones 💩🚽🤦🏻‍♀️

This is going to sound basic, but it matters more than people realize.

If you’re not p**ping regularly, your body isn’t clearing waste and excess hormones efficiently, especially estrogen. That means hormones that are meant to leave can get reabsorbed, which can show up as bloating, irritability, inflammation, PMS symptoms, and that vague feeling of being off even when you’re doing everything right.

Low water and low fiber slow elimination even more, and the body reads that as stress. Stress hormones rise, mood becomes less stable, sleep and recovery suffer, and suddenly fat loss feels harder and your body feels heavier than it should.

Elimination affects hormones, hormones affect mood, mood affects behavior, and all of that affects how your body looks, feels, and changes.

Before you change your training, cut calories, or assume something is wrong with you, make sure you’re doing the most human thing consistently: drink enough water, eat enough fiber, and p**p daily 🤙🏼

If fat loss used to respond to discipline and suddenly doesn’t anymore, it’s not because you lost willpower…

It’s because your body is tired.

When the nervous system is overloaded, eating less and training harder stops creating change and starts creating resistance.

This is where women think they “fell off,” when in reality their system just ran out of capacity.

Sustainable fat loss only happens when the body feels safe enough to adapt instead of brace.
