What an incredible day at the 5th Annual Athletic Trainer and EMS Dual Training at Trinity University! On Wednesday, athletic trainers and EMS staff teamed up for hands-on emergency training.

A huge congratulations to Dr. David Schmidt, who was honored by the Southwest Athletic Trainers’ Association for his 35 years of dedicated membership!

Dr. Rush traveled to South America with the U-16 Boys National Soccer Team as they played two international friendlies against Argentina and Uruguay.

Today, the team defeated Uruguay 4-0! This trip is part of Dr. Rush’s ongoing commitment, as he has proudly served as a physician for women’s and men’s U-16 and U-17 teams since 2019.

Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio extends its heartfelt congratulations to Coach Popovich on his retirement. His legendary 29 seasons with the San Antonio Spurs have been a remarkable journey. 🖤🤍

Through every high and low, from hard-fought losses to spectacular victories, including the five NBA Championships, it has been an honor to stand alongside him, the Spurs, and the entire San Antonio community.

We thank him for his unwavering dedication and the indelible mark he has left on the sport.
