For over thirty years, Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio has been deeply committed to the health and vitality of our San Antonio community while serving as the team physicians for the San Antonio Spurs.

Our committed partnership to San Antonio underscores our dedication to excellence, supporting not just elite performers, but every individual in their health and goals.

Aligning with that long-standing support, we believe Propositions A and B will strengthen Bexar County's role as a hub for sports excellence, driving long-term growth for generations to come. It comes at no cost to local taxpayers.

Proposition A will fund transformative upgrades to the Freeman Coliseum, Frost Bank Center, and San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo grounds. This will enhance youth programs, economic vitality, and promote active health in the community.

Proposition B will support a new downtown multipurpose arena for the Spurs, ensuring their legacy endures while generating jobs, tourism, and pride for San Antonio.

These initiatives directly align with our commitment to accessible, high-quality sports infrastructure that benefits everyone—from aspiring young athletes and their families, to fans.

We encourage and invite all registered Bexar County voters to join us in voting YES on Propositions A and B.
