That’s a Wrap on Fall Sports! 🏈 From the first heat of August to the championship lights of December, Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio has been proud to be on the sidelines of the 2025 Fall Sports Season. Our doctors were there from Thursday nights through Saturday evenings, logging countless miles on the road to support high school and collegiate athletes alike.

🏆 A massive congratulations to the Smithson Valley Football team on their incredible back-to-back Class 5A Division Championships. Watching your dedication lead to another title was a highlight of our season. We are honored to have been with you every step of the way.

We couldn’t think of a better way to cap off the year than covering the . As the Official Team Doctors, it was a privilege to provide world-class care to the nation’s elite talent right here in our backyard.
