An unofficial intro 👋 Whether you've been part of this journey for a while (thank you!) or you're a new connection, I'm grateful we connected! Welcome to my fitness page! 🏋🏼‍♂️

I've proudly been a personal trainer for 6-7 years. My own fitness journey began in 2014 as an outlet, and it revealed so much about myself. This personal discovery became my inspiration to guide others on their paths.

In 2017, I delved into personal training, initially offering free sessions to gain experience. In 2019, some friends and I established a warehouse gym from scratch, creating lasting memories. Although we eventually had to close it down, it paved the way to my journey with Nexxt Fit.

In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I embraced full-time online coaching. Last year, I happily returned to in-person training at Nexxt Fit. The joy in my journey has deepened over the years as I witness the positive impact personal training can make in people's lives. Grateful for each day of learning and the opportunity to do what I love! 💪🏼

Guaranteed Weight Loss In 2024 Without Increasing Exercise or Eating Less: Mindset Shift ➡️

Instead of focusing on increasing exercise to the point of burnout or eating less food: it’s really simple, instead put focus into which habits are causing you to gain weight.

If you can pinpoint and overcome the patterns that are causing you to gain weight or stay the same, you’ll be on the path to losing the weight and KEEPING it off.

For example, if you:

- Tend to snack at night
- Emotional eat
- Drink alcohol multiple days per week
- Miss your scheduled workouts consistently

Find habits/ strategies to overcome THOSE patterns. You will be on the right path to losing the weight and keeping it off 💪🏼

Happy Monday FitFam! I hope everyone is staying warm 🥶

Finding balance in your fitness journey is key!

We all have those weekends where we indulge a little too much, but remember, it's all part of the journey.

Here are six tips to help you bounce back and stay on track:

1️⃣ Don’t punish yourself with extra hours of cardio: Don't punish yourself for enjoying life. Extra cardio won't undo the weekend, but it can lead to burnout. Stick to your regular routine, stay overall consistent and you’ll still see results.

2️⃣ No starvation diets: Starving yourself isn't the answer. Fuel your body with nutritious food to rebuild your energy.

3️⃣ Stay hydrated: Water is your best friend. It helps flush out excess sodium and keeps your metabolism humming.

4️⃣ Don't let the scale define you: A number on the scale doesn't reflect your worth. Focus on how you feel and the progress you've made.

5️⃣ Remember, you're human: We all have our moments. Don't beat yourself up. It's about progress, not perfection.

6️⃣ Get back on track with your routine: Consistency is key. Reconnect with your regular workouts and healthy eating habits. Small steps lead to big results.

You've got this! 💪💪 Keep moving forward, and remember, one weekend won't derail your progress. 🏋️‍♀️
