I am sharing my favorite of all time yoga class here, free online. Patricia Walden's "Flexibility" saved my body so many times over the years. With my massage work and schooling, I am suffering a bit physically. I have this on VHS!!! But of course don't have a VHS player so I scoured the net and found this. I also have a 3-set DVD; Flexibility, Strength & Relaxation, all very useful. This class in particular is so slow and methodical one can truly get a good stretching for the body, not just move through the movements.
If you are suffering with back pain and want to loose that, try doing this 2-3 times a week. It is geared for beginners through even the most advanced, no tricks, just good ol' fashioned slow stretching.
Good Luck! I am so pleased to have some time to do this this morning, I just finished and the low back pain I was having and going to the chiro for is gone at the moment but my body remembers once I start how to let go.
We do not have to hold onto pain. 🙏
