Welcome to October, Glow Getters!🍂✨

A new month means a fresh start, and it’s the perfect time to reset and refocus on the goals we’ve set for ourselves. Remember, we still have plenty of time to show up, be consistent, and either build new habits or break the ones that no longer serve us. This is our time to push forward!

Let’s come together as a community to cheer each other on, offering support, encouragement, and accountability. We’re all in this journey together, and the strength of this group is in how we lift each other up!

To keep ourselves accountable, let’s each share 2 goals we want to focus on this month. Whether they’re fitness, mental wellness, or lifestyle goals, putting them out there will help us stay committed!

All words to best describe the woman who wakes up everyday and chooses to keep going! Who chooses to work hard, not give up, help her neighbor, love her spouse, and raise her kids! The woman who cares for others first, but needs to be reminded to treat herself with the same care and kindness that she extends to others.
