EndoMune Probiotic

EndoMune Probiotic EndoMune Probiotic was developed by San Antonio Gastroenterologist, Lawrence Hoberman. It is the only probiotic on the market developed by a gastroenterologist.

Studies show that bacterial combinations like those in EndoMune Probiotic are more effective in protecting you from harmful bacteria. Among EndoMune's many benefits, it enhances the intestinal immune system - a major defense barrier against harmful viruses, bacteria, yeast and toxins.

❓ Sweeteners & your gut: what you should know.

• Artificial sweeteners may contribute to “dysbiosis” — where harmful vs. beneficial gut bacteria get out of balance.
• Natural sweeteners like stevia or erythritol appear easier on your gut and might even support anti-inflammatory responses.
• Everyone reacts differently — your gut microbiome, diet, and habits all matter.

Add in probiotics to help your gut recover when you indulge.

🥼❓ IBD vs. IBS: Know the Difference, Take Back Your Gut

IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) is all about real inflammation in your digestive tract — Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and more. IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), however, is a functional disorder: discomfort, pain, irregularity without the same kind of inflammation.

💡 Probiotics can help both! ✅ If you suspect IBS or IBD, get a proper diagnosis, then consider probiotics + lifestyle + diet to feel better.

🥦✨ Struggling with IBD or IBS? Your plate can make a big difference. Eat well, feel your best — here’s how:

✔️ During flare-ups: softer, lower-fiber foods like white rice, plain cereals, well-cooked veggies, applesauce, and tender proteins (chicken, eggs, tofu) help calm things down.
✔️ Choose gentle proteins (poultry, fish, eggs), healthy fats (olive oil, avocados), and easy-to-digest fiber sources when possible.
✔️ Pair with probiotics (yogurt with live cultures, kefir, fermented veggies, etc.) to support your gut microbiome.

You deserve meals that nourish — not nag. 💚 You also deserve EndoMune Probiotics!

🍬➡️🦠 Thinking of swapping sugar for sugar substitutes? Your gut might thank you.

Some artificial sweeteners (like aspartame, sucralose, saccharin) can reduce gut bacteria diversity and promote “bad” bacteria when used regularly. Natural alternatives like stevia and erythritol look much gentler on your microbiome — with less disruption.

Pro tip: Add probiotics and fiber-rich foods to help keep your gut in balance.

When is the best time to take a probiotic?
Answer: On an Empty Stomach (Ideally Before Breakfast).

Why this works: Taking a probiotic about 30 minutes before your first meal allows the beneficial bacteria to travel to your gut with minimal interference from stomach acid. When your stomach is empty, the pH is lower, creating a less harsh environment for the probiotic bacteria to survive. Plus, a glass of water is a great addition to fuel your body's hydration!
