At Southtown Yoga Loft, we offer personalized 1:1 training, studio, group & corporate yoga classes, individual coaching & support: we are ready to help you meet and exceed your fitness & health goals. It is our firm belief that fitness goals can be used to help “YOU” achieve a healthier, more balanced life.
Additionally, we have Partnerships with lululemon and Veterans Yoga Project. Through these Partnerships we offer Mindful Therapeutic Yoga classes for Veterans, First Responders, Active Duty Military, Doctor’s & Nurses dealing w/PTSD, TBI and other stress related conditions. These practices are adapted and delivered to maximize their ability to undo the nervous system dysfunctions that underlining symptoms of these stress-related conditions.
