Teacher training level 2 has brought so much polishing and refining of my skills as an acroyogi. Acroyoga and Thai massage happening 18th of May 2019 at the Shine center Parklands. From 2-4pm and its an all level session. We will go back to the basics and give something for intermediate practitioners as well. Come one come all and lets create the community we want .muthoni

I am grateful for the people who showed up in yesterdays acro and Thai session at Shine center AYP. The people were great and above all everybody was willing to fully participate and make the seasion what it was. It was really good see people blossom in the presence of community, connection and trust. Ending the session with love and kindness in Thai massage was a good reminder that we all need some bit of human touch and lots of love because fundamentally WE ARE LOVE .muthoni_
