Anyone have advice for annual training , do you set a specific date for all staff or do they each do their training depending on their hire date ?

Hello , I would like to start a page where we can turn to for feedback and guidance with our questions and concerns. Hospice is new to me and I actually started my career as an administrator with a start up Hospice program. I have previously worked in palliative care for about 6 years. So hospice policies and regulations have been a huge factor for me in terms of educating myself to provide great patient care and support. I hope to meet other administrators in the hospice community, where we can work together and guide one another in the rewarding field of hospice.
