Dear HHFC, it is with much thought and work that we say HHFC season has ended. I will remain in same location as we partner with SAFP and look forward to our next phase with excitement. I will remain your provider, same great care but with a new name. It has been our great privilege to walk alongside you as HHFC. Thank you very much for your trust, confidence and support. The office will be closed for two weeks and will reopen 2/3/25 with a new look and name, but with the same great care you know! 🙏🏼🤗
