If you re in a profession where you will be responsible with someone else's life yet you lack the strength AND endurance to do the job on the worst day, You are a liability. While tactical and technical skills matter they won't help if you run out of breath on the 3rd flight of stairs or the first 200 meters.

Here are the facts -

🔥 Your sugar intake and fiber intake are often overlooked as contributing factors to bad or good cholesterol levels

🔥 LDL does matter but it's not the only measurement that can predict risk. Consider measuring sdLDL, apoB, and lipo(a). Explanations available in the guide.

🔥 Hyper responders to cholesterol risk factors do exist which is why we always look at hereditary markers along with a standard lipid panel.

🔥 Shift after shift, the toll adds up: stress, poor sleep, poor eating habits, and low activity are all putting you at risk.

So what can you do?

✅️ Know your numbers
Avoiding annual checkups is a surefire way to find a problem too late. Knowing and being able to make changes early is important.

✅️ Don't ignore the risk factors
weight, high bf%, poor fitness low activity levels, sleep disorders

✅️ Get support and guidance
If the only advice you get is eat less red meat 🥩and eggs you are being misled by outdated Information.
