Enjoyed the gum on the trail today. Looking forward to seeing how it performs during a regular work and training week.

Definitely felt more alert and focused today without overloading the caffeine. I had 100 mg about an hour before taking this and then ate it a half hour before we hit the trail. Feeling awake without jittery is kinda cool. 🤙

If you re in a profession where you will be responsible with someone else's life yet you lack the strength AND endurance to do the job on the worst day, You are a liability. While tactical and technical skills matter they won't help if you run out of breath on the 3rd flight of stairs or the first 200 meters.

Have you heard these myths about your cholesterol?

Here are the facts -

🔥 Your sugar intake and fiber intake are often overlooked as contributing factors to bad or good cholesterol levels

🔥 LDL does matter but it's not the only measurement that can predict risk. Consider measuring sdLDL, apoB, and lipo(a). Explanations available in the guide.

🔥 Hyper responders to cholesterol risk factors do exist which is why we always look at hereditary markers along with a standard lipid panel.
