The concept of "centering ourselves with blue dots" refers to a meditation or mindfulness technique to overcome the "blue dot effect," a psychological bias where the mind fixates on problems. The blue dot effect is the tendency to keep seeing a problem, or "blue dot," even after it has become less common or disappeared. Challenge yourself to center yourself with cleansing breaths every time you see a blue dot.
