Together, we can work toward creating a stigma-free San Antonio where students feel supported and empowered to seek help when they need it.

Thanks to the support of our county leaders through ARPA funding, more than 1,000 students are now certified Teen Mental Health Champions, equipped with the knowledge and confidence to support themselves and their peers.

Last week, we had the opportunity to welcome Bexar County leaders for a site visit to share the impact of this program and personally thank them for their investment in youth mental health. They even got a firsthand look at what a Teen Mental Health Champion graduation feels like!

Together, we’re building a stronger, more mentally healthy community. 💙

Our favorite mental health lessons from Olympic gold medalist, Alysa Liu! đź’™

Alysa is proof that rest is one of the most important forms of self-care!

Through taking a step back, detaching herself from the outcome and showing that struggling is a part of everyday life she reached Olympic gold in a sport she retired from years ago. đź’š

Let this be your sign to:
đź’™Rest
đź’šNever be afraid to set boundaries
đź’™Find beauty in the struggle
