Looking to learn more about the Lymphedema Treatment Act (LTA)?

The LTA is a federal law that went into effect in January 2024 to improve insurance coverage for medically necessary compression supplies for lymphedema treatment.

To take advantage of the LTA, you will need a lymphedema diagnosis and doctor-written prescription.

The LTA covers lymphedema from all causes, and both standard and custom fitted gradient compression garments. The LTA allows patients to choose what product brands they like.
