In describing what I do, one of the first questions I am asked is, “Where is your office located?”
It seems that a doctor making house calls is something of a foreign concept theses days, but in deciding how best to serve the people of San Antonio, mobile chiropractic just made perfect sense to me.
Today one of the greatest challenges people face in regards to healthcare is accessibility. This is a combination of the money necessary to invest in our health and being able to fit time to see a doctor into our busy lives.
To me, going mobile creates a solution both of these challenges. Because I do not have a facility to upkeep, my overhead is next to nothing and I am able to pass the savings on to the patients by charging a very reasonable fee for my services - new patient consultation and examination starts at only $50 and I have never charged a travel fee for in-home services. Second, being a mobile service provider allows for much greater flexibility in scheduling; often times same-day appointments are available.
