Jeffrey Perrone shares that strong communication is one of the most essential — and often overlooked — parts of the profession. From coordinating across disciplines to keeping projects aligned with customer expectations, communication is what keeps complex work moving forward. He also offers simple but impactful advice for future engineers: invest early in your development by taking the FE exam right after graduation and working toward your PE license.

We’re excited to celebrate Rasheed Dabiri’s graduation from Zachry's Rotational Program!

Rasheed joined us as a Navy veteran and recent college graduate, and throughout the program he consistently demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a strong eagerness to learn. During his rotation, he gained valuable experience supporting key functions including change management, scheduling, and planning.

We’re also proud to share that Rasheed will be continuing his journey with Zachry Group as a Project Controls Specialist in our Houston engineering design center.
