This page is for anyone to ask questions or just give thoughts on whatever is on their mind. As you know, the page is open, but there are things you must remember:

1. Do NOT give any personal information on this page or in private messaging. Having said that, only ask only what you don't mind being public information.

2. This is a place for help, not a place for judgement. If it is found that yo

u need help, you will be referred to the proper channels.

3. This is a place to give you a feel for therapy, helpful guidance for others. Those who answer the questions may be therapist and feel free to contact them for help.

4. While you may come across a person that has their own practice, no one that answers a question here will ask you for any money. If you decide to go to a private practice, cost, insurance and other matters will be discussed in detail with them. For the helping professionals:

1. If you would like to answer a question, please do, but give your credentials when asked. You may even post your information at anytime with your specialties.

2. Be professional, please remember that people sometimes ask questions in a joking way because they do not know how to say they are hurting. I will add to this as needed, so remember this page is a page in progress, much like our clients!
