● Be able to discern between trust and risk
● Practice embodied boundary exercises

In light of the recent events in the Hill Country area, we offer our deepest condolences to those who have been affected in any way by this tragedy and disaster.
If anyone needs telehealth or in-person options for grief, loss or trauma counseling, most of our therapists offer this service and are EMDR-trained. We also offer low-cost/sliding scale for those who may not have insurance.
