Principle Clean LLC formerly known as First Principle Cleaning Service We offer cleaning services for anyone. We do apartments, homes, and offices. We specialize in Mov We had hopes of moving to San Antonio, TX at that time.

We started back in November of 2013 while at a bad time in our lives trying to climb out of a series of bad decisions made. We were working at an apartment complex in New Braunfels, TX managed by Keller Williams at that time. I worked in the maintenance department, and my wife Brandy worked doing apartment clean outs for 2 different apartment complexes. We started to do some good and got better at what we were doing, and then Brandy was hurt when she was shocked by 220 volts trying to unplug a stove. Brandy was put on medical leave, and then later her position was terminated. Keller Williams helped out as much as possible but then we then lost our apartment because we could no longer afford it on one income, and I had to look for work elsewhere. We started living out of our car which was a 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP (sports car) we were much thinner at that time and younger, but it was hard looking at where we were living at. It seemed as if things would not get better at all, and we lived in the car for a few months until we made some life changes with the help of God and the support of Another Vessel Ministry in San Antonio, TX. At that time Brandy’s mother had just had surgery on her spine and was going to be immobile. Brandy took the opportunity and the time to help mend the relationship with her mother and also get her back on her feet. One day while walking by an apartment complex Brandy made an acquaintance with the apartment manager there at Sandia Crossing in Luling, TX. She didn’t like the job her present cleaner was doing, and so Brandy picked up 1 apartment that day. The next week she did 2 apartments, the next week were 2 more, and then afterwards we were in charge of cleaning out 3 different apartment complexes in 2 different cities. We cussed, we complained, but we still kept moving. Things had changed and so we had to make sure that we did our due diligence and list our company with Comal County Clerks office, and apply for our Tax ID. So on March 14, 2014 we went together and applied for our d.b.a. as First Principle partners. Work started as early as 5 a.m. and would go into the wee hours of the morning to meet the time frames which the apartments were needed. We completed our move to San Antonio, TX in March 2015 and have been working in and around the San Antonio area since then. We no longer live in our little sports car, we make better decisions now, and we work hard to ensure that the quality which we leave behind is not just good, but great. We have learned so much and use that along with the experience of each of jobs we have performed in cleaning to assist you with your cleaning needs. So a little bit about our services. Are we different?

Only in our service [view our cleaning routine below], we look to ensure that your home/apartment/office is move in ready.

1,000 Sq. Ft. (14 man hours/7 hours work time) and go up.

An average home is at or around
2, 500 Sq. Ft. (36 man hours/18 hours work time)

Normally you'll find cleaning companies give you about 1 - 3 hours of work for about $150 and then they're out, or they start adding to the pricing. We make sure that we would want to move in and enjoy the home as much as you would. So we have you covered.

We include everything in our service because that's what we would want. We have been doing this for a decade and we really enjoy what we do. Our work speaks for our passion to help, and we have come to know many families in San Antonio, TX who can attest to what we do for them.

Below you'll see a cleaning routine; which I still haven't found one in comparison, and executed in great detail. We are still the only company in San Antonio with 5 star ratings straight across the board.

You know even after 10 years. I still get this feeling of "OH WOW" when new or existing clients give us the opportunity to work with them. We do our very best and our work has spoken for our quality for the last decade, but I still feel it every time we get to work with a new or past client. May God never let me loose this feeling. We clean with our heart in it because we know that's what you would want.

First Principle - How we started
