Renewing Primary Care and Mental Health prescriptions is now more convenient with RxRenewal! Through RxRenewal, Veterans will continue to receive text messages or phone calls informing them of prescriptions due for refills.

This new feature will allow Veterans to request prescription renewals from their Primary Care or Mental Health Providers. Even if a prescription no longer has refills available, RxRenewal will submit the request when prompted.

Please note: Renewal requests for Specialty Clinics and controlled substance medications cannot be submitted through RxRenewal. Veterans will need to continue to contact their clinic directly.
