✨ This week I had the privilege of teaching an Infant Massage class, and my heart is still so full.

Thanks to Restore Physical Therapy for offering their beautiful space.

There’s something incredibly special about guiding new moms through simple techniques that not only soothe their babies, but also bring deep comfort and relaxation to them as well. 💕

Infant massage is more than just touch—it’s communication, bonding, and reassurance.

When a baby feels calm and safe, mom can finally take a breath and relax too.

That little ripple effect?

It matters more than we realize.

I’m so grateful to share these tools with families and to watch confidence grow in moms who suddenly realize, “I’ve got this.”

Because sometimes the most powerful support we can give a new mom is helping her feel more connected, more capable, and more at ease.
