Stress and anxiety can leave the heart racing, the chest tight, and the mind spinning. Over time, this constant alert state affects digestion, sleep, hormones, and the cardiovascular system, even if your tests still look normal. Your body is not trying to betray you; it is trying to protect you from threats that your mind keeps replaying.

Ayurveda views chronic stress as a disturbance of vital energies, drying and agitating the system. Warm meals, regular routines, gentle walks, oil massage, and mindful breathing bring a sense of grounding that medicine alone cannot provide.
