Playing a little catch up! Got caught up in a bit of a flare for a few weeks, but I am coming out of it feeling better than usual!! February saw me meet 55! I celebrated by walking 5.5 miles after getting cleared by PT. Did some shopping, hung out with friends and then finished off the month with my Baby girl turning 25! She did a celebratory 5k to start and we followed up with a Hannah Montana 20th anniversary birthday party!

Y’ALL!! You know that tart apple taste you love? I think I’ve finally found it again! I might be in love!! 💕 I use a daily saltt electrolyte drink to make sure I’m getting electrolytes in now that I’ve been cleared to get back to exercise. Public service announcement! Check your measuring devices before you start baking. The cute decorative measuring cups usually have a line on the inside, but are not always accurate. We just did a virtual baking class and discovered a full 16oz container of peanut butter fit in the one cup container!! I would grab a baking set from a reputable baking company to make sure your recipes always come out!

Are you team ? I grew up on the stuff and can’t go without it! I’ve developed this recipe to scratch that itch every year! I have since started using a packet of orange electrolytes (either Relyte, Saltt, or LMNT) in addition to the recipe to give it a boost! I used a can to shape this one, but it’ll work in a bowl too!
Pro tip: Use allulose so the final product isn’t grainy.
