Cannenta Center for Healing and Empowerment is looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to join our team in San Antonio or Dallas!

Ideal candidate:
✅ LCSW-S
✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish
✅ Experienced in supervising clinical staff, interns, and licensure supervisees
✅ Committed to culturally responsive, client-centered care

Key Responsibilities:
➡️Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
➡️Supervise and train LMSWs, interns, and licensure supervisees
➡️Lead staff meetings, case consultations, and professional development
➡️Oversee clinical policies, documentation standards, and compliance
➡️Monitor quality assurance, client outcomes, and billing processes
➡️Develop specialty training programs and clinical resources
➡️Stay current on mental health regulations and best practices
➡️Model healthy boundaries and support team growth

What a wonderful evening spent with friends who also happen to be social workers! It was so nice to mingle and catch up with former work colleagues and classmates, and build new friendships with others! The venue was cute and inviting, providing us with a private space, ideal for conversation and networking.
